Shipping Information

All shipping charges will be added to the purchase when the order is shipped. Your total price at checkout does not include final shipping charges. Use the email as notification that your order has shipped as a receipt; it will include all charges.

All orders for in stock merchandise that are placed before 12:00PM central time will ship within one business day of receipt from Minneapolis, MN (USA). Orders placed after 12:00PM central time will be considered an order for the next business day.

If you require express or air shipping, please select it from the drop down on the shipping information page. Orders placed by 12:00PM central time will ship the same business day when express and air options are selected.

International Buyers – Please Note:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Returns

When assistance is required for returns, please contact customer service.

All returns will be accepted within 30 days from the original invoice date if a valid return authorization is provided by a customer service representative. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all unused stock items and credit will be applied to the correct credit card.
